When the training has actually stuck
Five signals that the rollout has produced durable behavior change rather than compliance theater. The honest test for an executive sponsor running this program: how many of the five would you stake your reputation on at month 12?
- A new manager joining the team this quarter runs the redesigned process by default. Without explicit instruction. The process is what the team does, not what HR reminds people to do. This is the highest-confidence signal that the program has embedded.
- Panelist scoring variance has stabilized below the pre-rollout baseline. Interview panels that scored the same candidate within wide ranges before the rollout now score within tighter ranges. The structured-rubric discipline is being applied without supervision.
