Update From Spectrum Strategies

In addition to its individual coaching services, Spectrum Strategies is pleased to announce that it will be offering a Group Independence Course . During the summer of 2014, I successfully created and taught an Independence Course to 17 campers at The Summit Camp ranging in age from 15-19 years. Based on the positive feedback received, I recognized the tremendous value group settings and team work can provide to my clients in navigating their personal and professional lives.

The curriculum of the Independence Course will range from self-advocacy skills when confronting bullying or peer pressure to organizational and time management skills, as well as college application and job and interviewing skills. At the conclusion of the Independence Course, my clients will be better equipped to deal with their personal and professional challenges.
